One of my personal missions is to help people shift their traditional, predictive mindset to an adaptive one that can better cope with our complex, modern world. New ways of thinking, leading and working are vital for NZ to lift its productivity and quality of life. So I’m incredibly proud and excited to announce that we’re bringing four world leaders to New Zealand to help improve agility in NZ.
Ahmed Sidky (aka ‘Doctor Agile’) is a well-known thought leader in the Agile community. He is currently the Director of Development Management for Riot Games and, before that, was an Agile transformation coach and consultant for Fortune 100 companies. He is the co-author of Becoming Agile in an Imperfect World and the President and co-founder of ICAgile. Ahmed was selected as the programme chair for the Agile 2009 conference and has been an invited speaker at many Agile conferences around the world speaking on topics such as the Agile mindset, how to create Lean, high-performing habits within teams and how to transform organisations in a manner that achieves sustainable organisational agility.
