Changing the game – world-class Agile thought leadership comes to NZ

One of my personal missions is to help people shift their traditional, predictive mindset to an adaptive one that can better cope with our complex, modern world. New ways of thinking, leading and working are vital for NZ to lift its productivity and quality of life. So I’m incredibly proud and excited to announce that we’re bringing four world leaders to New Zealand to help improve agility in NZ.

Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd from the Agile Coaching Institute are well-known and highly respected as world leaders in Agile Facilitation and Coaching. Joining them, also from ACI, are Leslie Stein and Michael Hamman.

Last time we brought Lyssa and Michael to NZ, we promised attendees a life-changing event... and that’s exactly the feedback we got.

So what does this mean for you?

It means you have access to game-changing, powerful techniques that empower leaders with better thinking, improved skills and enhanced technique to engage teams and develop individuals to achieve at peak performance. Simply put, we are changing the Agile game in NZ.

We have an exciting nationwide programme of Workshops organised that caters for all levels of Agile people, including Scrum Masters, coaches, team members, managers and executives.

The Agile Facilitator

The Agile Facilitator is a two-and-a-half day Workshop (compressed into two calendar days) for Agilists who wish to dramatically increase their facilitation skills in general, especially as applied to Agile ceremonies, collaborative events and other team ‘moments of truth’. The Workshop will focus on professional facilitation skills and techniques as applied specifically within the Agile context. Full details here.
