I know Eric well. I participated in the first Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPCT training programme in Boulder, Colorado in 2013. It was an amazing opportunity to train and be trained by the entire Scaled Agile Academy team and meet some of the top 20 enterprise Agile coaches in the world, including Eric.
Eric was challenging, curious, intelligent and funny and very open to sharing his experiences of Agile transformations with the world’s Fortune 500 companies. If you’re keen to learn from Eric, the two-day Leading SAFe course is well worth attending.
