Co-founders of the Agile Coaching Institute which provides a rich programme of training, mentoring and thought leadership, Lyssa and Michael help take the world of Agile coaching to a new level of potential and professional rigour.

Lyssa Adkins looking rightSince 2004, Lyssa has taught Scrum and Agile coaching to 1000+ students, coached many Agile teams and served as a master coach to scores of apprentice coaches. She holds a number of certifications including Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). She is author of Coaching Agile Teams: A Companion for ScrumMastersAgile Coaches and Project Managers in Transition.

 

Michael SpaydMichael’s work is all about transformation, particularly large-scale Agile transformations. He is wired to help people and systems change and is drawn to cutting-edge ‘technologies’ for coaching and developing organisations, leaders and teams. Formal credentials include Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), ICE-AC, SPC and CSM. His book Coaching the Agile Enterprise will be published later this year.
